Oh man.....Es ist schon so lange her als mein letzter Post online kam. Ich hoffe ihr seid mir nicht böse. Und wenn, dann ist es mir ein bisschen Schnuppe, weil ich hier zuerst die Zeit genießen will und DANN daran denke vielleicht mal was online zu stellen. :D
Außerdem ist es in den letzten Wochen so krass abgegangen, dass ich keine Lust und/oder Zeit hatte und jetzt häuft sich alles und da dachte ich, mach ich mal lieber jetzt, als später einen endlosen Bericht. Und noch eins: mehr Fotos als Berichte, weil das so schon viel zu viel ist. :D

Okay. So you saw something from my American Halloween but I forgot that I had my first Choir Concert before that. So here it comes. It was a lot of fun and I can't wait for the next one!

Alright. So after the amazing concert and Halloween, we went to a Browns game with AFS. And ... no surprise ... it was a lot of fun, too! It was freezing cold this day but we had beautiful weather! (And we won! :D)

Oke doke. So the Tuesday after this game was my birthday. Yay. This day was perfect! I was surrounded by awesome people. Even my family and friends from Germany sent me videos and letters and this day was just better than I expected.

Oh man that was a great day ! You can't imagine how happy I was on this day. First, I had no school because of the Field Trip to Cleveland to see Les Mis. Then in the evening I had the Drama Senior Dinner. I had to leave after 30 minutes but it was fun and everyone sang Happy Birthday for me. ♥ I had to leave because I had an AFS meeting. When I arrived, we started the usual thing. Everyone said something about their families, their home country, etc. and everyone added a Happy Birthday in their mother tongue. :) That was so cool ! (I am kind of proud that I could respond 'Thanks.' in German, French, Spanish and Italian :D .. I only failed in Norwegian, Thai and Portuguese)
Then we came home and I opened my presents. :) I don't want to talk about everything but I tell you about the best present I could ever imagine to get. The dad of my host dad, so my 'host grandpa' builds guitars. And yes, believe me if I say, I WILL GET A HANDMADE GUITAR! I still can't believe it. This will be a unique one (okay almost, my host dad will get the same one). I am so happy ! I will get it to Thanksgiving because it is in Wisconsin and we will visit the family over the holidays. I can't wait to play on it!

Okay. So now I will tell or show you the best thing from the past few weeks. The Fall Play. I am so sad that it's over because it was the best! This part will contain a lot of pictures, I think, because we worked on it several weeks and I also couldn't stop taking pictures......

The past few weeks were the best so far. Even if it was kind of weird sometimes. Because there was a week when I thought that I would like to be back in Germany and I counted the month. Now, after all this, I think about how dumb and stupid I was. How could I just wish to be home right now? Now I think: "Oh no! Only 8 month left."
I just can't imagine that we already made more than one quarter of the whole exchange year. I don't want to think about this. So I "will better stop it !!!"
(oh I'm so funny including lines from the play....)
So for everyone who had doubts: I am the happiest person on earth right now. I have awesome friends here and it is just so much fun. My host family is the best host family in the whole universe and I enjoy every minute here in America. Sometimes I think about my doubts I had in making the decision if I should do this exchange year or not. I am so glad that I did it and thanks to everyone who convinced me to do it. This was probably the best decision in my life so far.
And don't expect that I will post things more often. I just want to enjoy all this. I don't know when the next thing is coming up but probably to Thanksgiving. Or if I don't really want to write, then probably after Christmas and New Year, haha.
So to all my Germans. See you in 7.5 months. They will go by faster as you think!
